Your Card never expires and there are no fees. To check Card balance, visit arbys.com. Purchase, use or acceptance of Card constitutes acceptance of Terms. Card is redeemable up to the balance to make purchases at participating Arby’s locations in the U.S. Card not redeemable if digitized. Card is not redeemable for cash or refundable unless required by law. Not usable to purchase gift cards. ARG Services, Inc. (“ARG”) is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner, unless the Card was purchased from a licensed franchisee of Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., in which case such franchisee is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner. The Card issuer may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not the original issuer, will be sole obligor to Card owner.
