Orders are shipped via ground transportation within 5 business days of payment receipt. AutoZone gift cards are shipped in bulk to a single location.
Are gift cards shipped activated?
No, gift cards are shipped inactive and activated once receipt is confirmed.
Does the value of the gift card appear on the face?
No, AutoZone gift cards are non-denominated.
Is there an expiration date on the gift cards?
No, AutoZone gift cards have no expiration dates.
Are there any fees if the gift cards are not used?

Can the gift cards be redeemed for cash?
No, AutoZone gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only. Unless required by law.

Are lost gift cards replaced?
AutoZone Gift Cards are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
